EXPANSION PHASE 2
Building for Today.
Inspiring for Tomorrow.
Al Hijrah Masjid has served as a place of worship, learning and community for thousands of individuals and families over the years. As our congregation continues to grow and the demand for our services increases, we are now embarking on an ambitious expansion project to ensure that our masjid can continue serving future generations.
Donate to Masjid
This project is more than bricks and mortar. It is an investment in the future of our community. It is about creating more space for worshippers, enhancing facilities for our children and youth, improving accessibility, and developing a centre that can better serve the spiritual, educational and social needs of our growing community.
Every prayer performed, every Qur'an lesson delivered, every child educated, every family supported and every life positively impacted within these walls will, by the permission of Allah, be a source of ongoing reward for those who contribute towards this project.
Together, we have the opportunity to build a legacy that will benefit our community for generations to come.
Our Vision
Meeting the Requirments of Our Community.
Our vision is to create a facility that meets the needs of today while preparing for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow.
Your contribution, no matter how small, will help us move closer to completing this vital project and securing a lasting home for worship, education and community development.
"Who is it that will lend to Allah a goodly loan so He may multiply it for him many times over?"
Qur'an 2:245

Our Need
Why Are We Expanding?
Over the years, Al Hijrah has experienced significant growth in attendance across prayers, classes, events and community services.
Our existing facilities are increasingly stretched, particularly during Jumu'ah, Ramadan, Eid prayers and major community events. The expansion project will allow us to better accommodate our growing congregation while enhancing the services we provide.
How the Expansion Will Help us:
- Create additional prayer space for worshippers.
- Improve facilities for women, children and families.
- Expand educational and learning spaces.
- Develop dedicated youth and community areas.
- Improve accessibility and visitor facilities.
- Strengthen our ability to serve the wider community.
- Future-proof the masjid for generations to come.
- A Legacy That Lives Beyond Us
Our Appeal
Your Masjid Needs You.
Contributing towards a masjid is among the greatest forms of ongoing charity. Every act of worship, every lesson taught and every benefit gained within this space can become a source of reward that continues long after we have left this world.
By supporting the Al Hijrah Expansion Project, you are helping to establish a lasting legacy that will benefit worshippers, students, families and future generations for years to come.
Together, we can build a masjid that serves today's community and inspires tomorrow's leaders.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him."
(Sahih Muslim)
