Al-Hijrah Masjid is a leading mosque in Birmingham, welcoming around 2,000 worshippers each week for daily prayers, Islamic education and community services.
For over 30 years, we have served Birmingham through our masjid, madrassah, educational programmes, youth activities, welfare support and community events. Our aim is to provide a welcoming Islamic centre where individuals and families can worship, learn and connect.
From regular prayer and Qur’an education to community support, events and charitable initiatives, Al-Hijrah Masjid continues to serve the growing Muslim community of Birmingham.
Masjid Expansion Project
The community at Al-Hijrah Masjid is growing at a fast pace. The requirement to extend and upgrade our existing building to one that meets the needs of the congregation is past overdue.
